The scope of the study theoretically limited on service delivery and customer satisfaction and geographically limited on Awash International Bank in Wolkite city. The main objective of this study is to assess the operational risk management and controlling techniques in the bank. The researcher used both primary and secondary data sources. The primary data was collected from the employees of the organization through questionnaires. The secondary data was also gathered from books, materials, documents, and libraries. Researcher has used census survey sampling techniques in order to gather the essential data accordingly 36 employees of the organization where included. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive analysis tool were use such as percentage, frequency, tabulations. The major findings of the research show that personal property and motor vehicle risk were happened mainly due to carelessness of the employees in the organization. The result obtained through this study will show that the distribution practice of Eden spring water company.Item THE ROLE OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE ON EMPLOYEES’ COMMITMENT AND ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE CASE OF COMMERCIAL BANK OF ETHIOPIA(Wolkite University, 2019-01) SIRAJ JEMALOrganizational culture can be seen as the heart of an organization that shapes how employees behave at work place and is a body of knowledge, attitude and beliefs. It guides the way the employees think and behave around, assumes like quality, teamwork, customers, innovation and decision making all things that directly impact an organization’s performance and how it workswith and it perceived to work with its stakeholders. The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of organizational culture on employees’ commitment and organizational performance in commercial bank of Ethiopia. The researcher employed quantitative research approach and used descriptive and explanatory research design for analysis. The total theoretical population of the study was 33,625 and accessible population was 110 out of this population the research took 86informants as a sample size. Organization culture conceptualized as coordinated team work, culture strength, achieving goal, customer orientation and change management. The major research findings of this research revealed that both models (relationship between organization culture with employee commitment and relationship between organizational cultures with organization performance) have ability to predict both employee commitment and organization performance. The research recommended to Commercial bank of Ethiopia’s management bodies to set strategies, policies and procedure to train and to teach the bank’s culture for their employees to realize the banks’ performance and enhance employees’ commitmentItem THE INFLUENCE OF CUSTOMER BENEFITS AND SERVICE QUALITY ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION: THE CASE OF HOME TO HOME NURSING CARE BUSINESS IN ADDIS ABABA(Wolkite University, 2019-06) SEGNI TEFERA OLGERACustomer benefits and service quality regarded as the key forcus to me satisfaction in which influence both tangible customer loyalty for repurchasing and recommend it to others. A services considered satisfactory if the service can meet the needs and expectations of customers. The main purpose of the study was to assess the influence of customer benefit and service quality in customer satisfaction the case of home to home nursing care business in Addis Ababa. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, descriptive study design was employed. The study used questionnaire using SERVQUAL model to collect primary data. Accordingly 77 respondentwere selected using multiple stages Snow ball sampling method. The data were analyzed using both descriptive and inferential statistics mainly frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation; and correlation and regression coefficient respectively. The descriptive study revealed that patients are mostly satisfied with services offered by Home to home nursing care service. Whereas areas such as the medical equipment they use are the factors that need improvement. The inferential analysis also revealed that there is a positive and significant relationship between service Benefit dimension and customer satisfaction and moderate relationship between service quality and customer Satisfaction. Hence, it is conclude that Service benefits have great influence for customer satisfaction than service quality. It is recommended that Home to Honursing care providers to continue their commitment to provide medical services to patients busing modern medical equipment and strongly recommended to give more attention for servicquality dimensions (Tangibility and reliability) to provide better service quality for the clients.
