Abstract

The objectives of this study to assess the overall role of communication in improvingorganizational performances to gather the necessary data from Butajira general hospital through the use of both verbal and non-verbal means. It should be solving problems intheorganization an integrating the knowledge of individual and integrating the ef ort of individuals. Communication is exchange of information between people by means of speaking, writing, orusing common systems of sigh, so communication plays vital role for improving organizational performances The researcher were used primary data collected from the employees of Butajirageneral hospital through distribution of questionnaire. The researcher were conductedwiththetypes of descriptive research design, because this method helps to describe the state of af airsof the topic under study and the present status of the area of investigation. The study has concludeasthe existences of medium relationships between superior –subordinate in the organizationandrelated with significance role of communication.
