Abstract
ThisstudywasamidtoanalyzetheassessmentofincentivebenefitspackageonemployeejobperformanceinEthiotelecomwolkitebranch.Theresearchusedadescriptivetypeofresearchdesign.Thedatawerecollectedfromprimarysourcethroughquestionnaires.Themethodofsamplingthisstudywascensussamplingtechniqueandthenthentheresearchertakesallemployeesoftheorganization.Thedatawerecollectethroughcloseendedquestioninthequestionnaire.Anditwasanalyzeandpresentedusingquantitativedataanalyzingtechnique.Inadditionitusedqualitativetechnique.Basedontheprovideddatathestudywassummarizedthefindingand understand that theem ployee job performance was affected by incentive packages.Thisisrelatedwithfinancialandnon-financialincentivepackage. The organization has good performance infinancial andnonfinancialincentive .Finally,thestudywasforwardedrecommendationandsuggestion based ond ata collcted andanalyzeddatathathe lpitEthiTelecomWokiteBranchtogiveincentiveandimprove employeejobperformance.
