Abstract
hisstudyfocusesontheassessmentofemployeeturnoveratWolkiteUniversitySpecializedHospital,withthegeneralobjectiveofevaluatingthefactorscontributingtoemployeeturnoverwithintheorganization.Highemployeeturnoverratesmayjeopardizeeffortstoattainorganizationalobjectivesandcanleadtosignificantchallengesinmaintainingastableworkforce.Whencriticalemployeesleave,itcanadverselyimpactinnovation,consistecyinserviceprovision,andtheoveralloperationalefficiencyofthehospital.Theresearchdesignemployedinthisstudywasdescriptiveinnature,allowingforthecollectionofstructureddatathroughquestionnairesandinterviews.Primarydatawasgatheredusingthesetools,whilesecondarydatawascollectedfrombothpublishedandunpublishedmaterials.AStratifiedrandomsamplingtechniquewasutilizedtoselectsixtytwo(62)respondentsfromvariousemployeelevels,includinghealth,administrative,andmedicalstaffwithinthehospital.Amediumresponserateof93.55(58respondents)wasachievedthroughpersonaldatacollectionmethods,providingasolidbasisforanalysisusingpercentagesandtables.ThestudyidentifiedworkloadastheprimarycauseofemployeeturnoveratWolkiteUniversitySpecializedHospital.Additionally,thefindingsindicatedthathighturnoverratescreatechallengesinattractingnewstaffandmaintainingacohesiveteam.Tomitigateturnoverrates,itisrecommendedthatmanagementreview employee service conditions and ensure that theworkingenvironmentisconducivetoemployeesatisfaction.Overall,thisstudyhighlightsthecriticalaspectsofemployee turnover at Wolkite University Specialized Hospital
