dc.description.abstractThis study was designed to assess practice of employee’s participation in decision making of health administration office in wolkite town. In the health administration, there would be some problem such as in adequate employee’s participation in decision making, low of culture, motivation and little participation in goal setting. The main objective after study was to assess practice of employee’s participation in decision making. To collect the data, the researcher would be use questionnaires. The researcher would use census method. The researcher would be used descriptive method of analysis and representation Generally; the management would have to devise different mechanisms to increase employee’s participation in decision making areas. Finally, it is possible to conclude that the practice of employee in decision making Is not well good. The study recommends that it is possible to advise that the participation of employees in decision making is universal function so manager to adopt participative decision making in organizationen_US
