Abstract

Thepurposeofthisstudywastoassesstheemployee'sattitudetowardsperformanceappraisalincasefEhioTelecomwolkitebranch.Severalaccessibleperformanceappraisalsystemsrequireacoordinated effort between the human resource department and the manager of the organization whoareresponsible foconductinperformanceappraisal.Thestudywasconductedonprimaryandsecondarydatasourceusedtocollectdata.Inodertocollecttheprimarydatatheresearcherusedclosedendedandopenendedquestionandstructuredinterview.Andalsoseconarydatatheresearcherusedethiotelecomdocument.Theresearcherhasbeentaken37employeesintheorganization.Sotheresearcherusedcensusmethod.Theanalysisincorporatedbothquantitativeandqualitativeapproaches,withresultspresentedthroughdescriptivestatistics,frequencydistributions,andpercentages.Theresearcherhasmadeanendeavortofindouteffectiveemployeesattitudeonperformanceappraisal,therelationshipbetweenemployeesattitudeandperformanceappraisalispositiveandthetechniquesofevaluationusedintheorganizationwasmanagementbyobjectives.Thisresearchwashelpedtoobtainenoughknowledgeregardingeployee'sattitudetowardsperformanceappraisalintheorganizationandforthefuture.Attheendsomeideaweeforwardedasconclusionsandrecommendation
