Abstract
The main objective of this study was to determine the effect of strength training on power, speed
and agility of sport science department female students it also aimed to find out to what extent
this effect strength training will have on power, speed & agility. The data for the study were
collected through pre-test and post-test of the players. To improve the effect of strength training
on power speed & agility of sport science department female students, some recommendation are
forwarded. One, & very important to pay critical inflation of strength training at rest once, twice
or friable in a week depending on performance variables be controlled for curative achievement
of athletes & players in variance & sports of different level of completions.
