Abstract

Thestudywasconductedwiththeobjectiveofassessingtheservicedeliveryand customersatisfaction in caseofAttatcatholicprimaryhospital.To achievethe objectiveoftheresearch,theresearcherusedbothprimaryandsecondarydatathat helptogiveinformationaboutrequiredproblemsandsolution.Theprimarydatawere collected from Attatcatholic primary hospitalthrough interview,questionerfor employees and customers,were secondary data was collected from existed documents,books,publishedmaterialsandarticlesrelatedtothestudy.Thestudyhas attempted to includesamplesizeof44 from thetotalcustomersand 36 from employeesbyusingconveniencesamplingmethods.Thedatacollectedfrom different sourceshavebeenanalyzedandinterpretedusingdescriptiveanalysistechniquesso astomakefindingeasyforunderstanding.Theresultobtainedthroughthisstudy showsthatthehospital'seffortinservicedeliveryandcustomerwassatisfactory.The data collected from differentsourceshavebeen analyzed and interpreted using percentageandfrequencysoastomakefindingeasyforunderstanding.Theresult obtainedthroughthisstudyshowsthattheattatourladyoflourdycatholicprimary hospitaleffortinservicedeliversandcustomersatisfactionwassatisfied.
