dc.description.abstractThis research was conducted in WKU specialized hospital on the assessment of performance appraisal practice. The main objective of this study was to identify theproblems that being faced by the hospital on the evaluation system. For the purposeof this study, primary data was collected through questionnaire and interview, andsecondary data was collected from the internet, books, and documents of theorganization. The researchers also use a simple random sampling technique to collect data from employees. The collected data was processed and organized inadescriptive manner and organized using table and percentage with relevant discussion
