Abstract
The objective of this study is to assess the satisfaction of customers in case of Soresa hotel In
Wolkite Town. Hotels play a major role in satisfaction of the customer, and it is also known as
the second home of the customer. Therefore, the customer’ perceptions on hotel facilities and
services greatly affect their satisfaction. The study would enable the researcher whether the
customers are satisfied or not by the services rendered. The study was delaminated
geographically in wolkite town in soresa hotel. Conceptually the study is to assess the customer
satisfaction in soresa hotel. The descriptive type of research design was employed in this study.
Secondary data sources used to conduct this research by reviewing theoretical and empirical
finally, conclusion and recommendation is given on how to satisfy customers from the service
given by the hotel
