Abstract

he main purpose of the study was to assess the major forms factors affect effective communication between principals and teachers at secondary schools. Here, the method of investigation of the study was as follow: the study was used the simple random sampling method to select 25 teachers respondents and purposive sampling technique to select 12 leaders and 1 supervisor and finally a total of 41 respondents. The data were gathered through two different sets questionnaires, and interviews; the data obtained from respondents were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. Consequently, the main analyzed and interpreted findings was VIII summarized as follow: the forms of communication factor those leaders to sharing simple information with teachers and the leaders ability to receive and give information on effective communication and experiences of leaders and teachers affects the school activities; the answers that couldn’t be provided for the questions of teachers on time affects the relationship between them; despite the effect. The results of the analysis of data were concluded as the face to-face factor those leaders to sharing simple information with teachers hinders the effective task accomplishment and the leader’s ability to receive and give information on effective communication factor those leaders to sharing simple information with teachers in school for answers that couldn’t be provided for the questions of teachers on time from leaders it overcome by leaders of the schools in collaboration with different stakeholders should be given immediate response for the teacher’s questions, to reduce problems of the misunderstanding information transmitted among teachers, from leaders to teacher and from teachers to leaders, the leaders of the school must be developing strategies of overcoming from the school community and leaders should have to give due attentions for their disturbance and control them so as to make easy the effectiveness of the task accomplishment. Finally, to get over for the problems of exchanging autocratic information transfer open, clear and democratic communication styles experience should be develop in the school environment
