ASSESSMENT OF TAX EVASION AND FRAUD PROBLEM IN CASE OF BICHENA TOWN TAX ADMINISTRATION OFFICE

Abstract

This paper gives light on the respect of tax evasion and fraud problem in Bichena town office employees. This research has used the total population size, takes 1150 tax payers and 28 employees. From this total population 92 tax payers and 8 employees were selects by using judgmental sampling to distribute questionnaire for selected respondents and finally collected these distributed questioners had to be uses as a primary source. Organization of manual and other documents use as a secondary source. The analysis of data had be described on table in analyzing data gather through questionnaire. Finally, the main finding of this study is the tax evasion & fraud problem on same employees and on tax payers & have limited knowledge & misunderstanding of compulsory payment of tax. Therefore, Bichena town tax administration office should have to strengthen and give awareness, training, for tax payer’s performances the above main point was indicated.
