dc.description.abstractThe objective of the study is to assess the relationship among Stress, coping and academic achievement among college of EBS students in wolkite University. The total was composed of 28 female and 38 male students. Data collected through stress questionnaire by using simple random sampling method. The table and percentage were used in data analysis. The study further tries to make an in-depth investigation into each interpersonal source of stress, and , problem faced and emotional faced coping strategies. The result indicate that the interpersonal source of stress having less acceptance by peer or teacher is slightly stressful than other. the researcher recommend that as an institution the university gives training for students to avoid stressful situation, having more acceptances with their peer and teachers to make good relationship and Minimize inadequate feedback about performances and enhance institutional setting that are not convenient for learning.en_US
