dc.description.abstract | The study focused to assess the role of motivation on employee’s performance in wolkite town especially in wolkite municipality. To conduct this study both primary and secondary data sources were used. The primary data was collected through questionnaire and interview from employees and manager of the municipality respectively. The study was adopted probabilistic random sampling to take sample respondents. This study applied quantitative method of data analysis (percentage and tables) to analyze the data collected through questionnaire. The major findings of the study were bad working condition, conflict between employees and employer hinders employee’s motivation. Finally, based on the above findings the researcher was put possible recommendation for these findings | en_US |
