Situation Analysis of Youth Unemployment and Job Creation Status in Ethiopia

Abstract

The purpose of this research is the situation analysis of youth unemployment and job creation status in Ethiopia. The study to address the following specific objectives to examine to analysis causes of youth unemployment and to explore social, economic, psychological and legal consequences of youth unemployment. The study was used qualitative approach. The data was collected by through secondary sources of data, the data was collected by through secondary sources of data. The finding of this study shows that poor educational system, lack of training facilities, bad leadership are the causes of youth unemployment
