C-CDMA is one of the most promising techniques for future mobile communication since it offers high bit rate and high capacity transmission. It is the combination of two efficient techniques: Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) and Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM). Consequently, it combines the benefits and limitation of both CDMA as well as OFDM techniques. The project presents optimization of MC-CDMA in AWGN channel and Rayleigh channel using BPSK modulation technique. The result is shown through graph of performance of MC-CDMA using MATLAB software. Finally, the conclusion describes the system optimization by considering the optimum parameter such as power, BER, Code length, EN/NO and taking the point at which the system effectively performsen_US
