dc.description.abstractThis study was conducted to assess the internal audit practice in commercial bank of Ethiopia Gubrie Branch. Internal auditing helps an organization to accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic discipline to evaluate and improve the efficiencies of risk management, control and governance process. The study tries to assess the factors, strength and weakness with regard to internal audit. The data relevant to study would be collected from both primary and secondary sources. Regarding to the sample, judgmental sampling of non-probability sampling would be used. From the findings, conclusion and recommendation, the study concluded that audit is beneficial the bank have to give a peculiar focus on it. Educated and mature employees organize the internal audit practice of the bank.en_US
