dc.description.abstractThe research study conducted on the assessment of training and development practice and employee performance in case of Ethio telecom Mugher branch. It is worth to conduct research on this topic, because assessment of training and development and employee performance plays a significant role in order to evaluate the performance of the organization. Due to the small number of employees the researcher use the census method. The researchers collected data by using both primary and secondary data. The primary data collected from employee of organization by distributing questionnaires and secondary data collected from books and journals. The data gathered was analyzed and interpreted by using tables and percentages.en_US
