dc.description.abstractThis research would be conducted in Wolkite University main campus mainly at inventory management department. The Major objective of the study is to assess the inventory management practice of Wolkite University main campus. The study also point out different problem, that hinder the achievement of inventory management practice involved in the universities and provide some recommendation to solve those problems and also enables the inventory management sections to achieve their goal. The study is categorized into descriptive types of research which can be either quantitative or qualitative in nature. The study would emphasize on the material (inventory) and purchasing department employees by taking exact number of employee available in the department, that means 42 employees and in order to provide adequate sample and to get more accurate data the researcher would use census method of techniques. The study would be used more of a primary data which collected through questionnaire, observation and additionally would be use secondary data such as the researcher prefer to refer different books and reports which documents available in the university . Then, after the data collected through those method it’s would be analyzed by descriptive types of data analyzing systemen_US
