Abstract
Human behavior in organization is individual behavior and group behavior . The study of organizational behavior is primary concerned with the psychological, social, interpersonal and behavior dynamics in organization. The main objective of this study was to investigate whether individual and group behavior has an effect on job performance in Ethio-telecom. Total population of the corporation was 37. From this total population all employees were selected by census and used as source of data. The researcher used descriptive methods of data The finding shows that one of the factor that the filter of an organization is the disagreement that raise among the workers within the organization; also this finding identifies group decision making takes more time than individual decision making; based on the above factors ( problems ) the researcher was provided appropriate and feasible solution ,suggestion and recommendation were made.
