ABAFRANSUA PREPARATORY SCHOOL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Abstract

The current Abafransua preparatory school management system is a manual system. The current system exhibits manual process different activates in a manual way, due to manual way of managing the system there are problems like, data losing, economical problem, security problem and other problem by considering the current problems in order to find out the current system problem we have use different mechanism like document analysis, we have interview schools teacher and directors by gathering the functional requirements from clients we have going to do the proposed system. Proposed system is developed with the aim of solving these for Abafransuapreparatory school. We observe how the current system operates and how the manual system done based on this the proposed and also systems improves all this process and makes all the process automated. For analysis model we use case diagram, sequence and activity diagram. For system design we include deployment diagram, UI design, and component diagram, for the project that is going to be developed in general we going to web based system.
