| dc.description.abstract | The research conducted was assessment on service quality determinants in Wolkite town public health center. The researcher used descriptive type of research design. This research focused on identifying and clarifying service quality determinants of the health center. The researcher used primary and secondary source of data by questioners. The study adapted convenience sampling to collect available respondents. The researcher used descriptive analysis method with the help of table and percentage to analyze the data collected and to provide possible conclusion and recommendations.
