Abstract

The main purpose of this study was conducted know teachers practices and challenges of class room management in Yaberus Secondary School. At the end the researcher used descriptive survey design in order to analyze the gathered data from different sources. The data were collected from teachers and principals in to form of questionnaire and interview, as well as the second source of data was observation through observed the class.The data gathered were analyzed both quantitative and qualitative techniques. In this regard most of teachers’ practices classroom management were through monitor students’ performance and provide the necessary feedback to students.The data analysis led to the following Major findings. large class size, lack of chemical in laboratory, lack of interest of student to learn and, some of students were bad behavior were the main obstacles for teachers practices classroom management influence according to the majority of the respondents. So, the Organization of Education and school should have to fulfill the school standard, the school have to give guidance and counseling for students have bad behavior, to reduce the number of students in the class in to standard and, help students with different learning style
