Abstract

This study is designed to assess the role of communication between workers and managers in Commercial Bank of Ethiopia Wolkite Branch. The main objective of conducting this study was to deal with the different problem related to communication in organization and to investigate the possible relation between workers and managers. The relevant data would collected from primary and secondary sources. The tools of data collection would questionnaire for employees and structured interview for manager of institution. The secondary data would be collect from published and unpublished materials which are available in institution. The study population would 39 employees and all of them would selected as a sample. The data collected through questionnaire and interview were processed through descriptive analysis and would be presented with tabulation and percentage. Finally conclusions the success of institutional goals largely depends on the prevalence of effective communication with in the institutional performance. And the possible recommendation. IN order to have good relationship there should open and clear communication, transparency and accountability between manager and employees in order to avoid ineffective communicating by created good feeling about the role of communication on institutional performance.
