Abstract
The main purpose of this study was to find out the investigating problems of implementation of
instructional supervision in case OF Hidase Fire secondary and prparatorye school. This study
utilized a descriptive survey method and collected from Hidase Fire secondary and preparatory
school directors, vice directors, and supervisors. The presentation, analysis and interpretation of
data was based on the data collected from the questionnaire and observation filled and returned
by sample selection and analysis by quantitative method. Based on the major finding of the study
and conclusion drawn, the role of supervisor in our education system is to enhance effectiveness
of teaching learning process and a source of guidance, support and control.
The main task of supervisor is to assist teachers to solve the problems in teaching learning
process and improve it. The major hindering factors were: lack of clear understanding about
supervision, lack of training and orientation of supervisors, personnel and lack of budge
