dc.description.abstractThis study was aimed at assessing the decision making practice in tora town administration. The researcher was used a descriptive type of research design. To achieve the objective of study data were collected from primary sources data through questionnaires and interviews. The researchers used census survey on all employee of the tora town. The data were collected through questionnaire and interview are organized, analyzed and presented using both qualitative and quantitative data analyzing technique. Based on the provided data the researchers summarized the finding on problems and assessment of decision making practice show that problems like the employee’s unwillingness to participating in decision making, the employees unsatisfied with in the existing decision to wards decision making process were the problems in the study area.en_US
