The distribution channel plays a key role and has a great implication in making the product available to the target market. The channel design process although specifically developed for industrial firms the structure has applicability that is more general. The fact evaluates its channel by using different mechanisms like decision with workers. This makes the company use the most effective channel for enhanced profitability.en_US
