dc.description.abstractClass and exam scheduling System is a software solution, which allows educational institutions to manage class and exam scheduling via a web basede vironment.This project concern about class and exam scheduling management system for Hidasse Fire preparatory school. The current Class and exam scheduling is manual, so that there are so many problems to prepare class scheduling like overlapping of class, teacher, time consuming, data redundancy and duplication and resource wastage.Poor scheduling practices would cause double-assignations of teacher, prolonged postponement and cancellations of schedule as well as inefficient use of time and resources. To avoid the above problem this project is automate the existing manual system and producing an automated class and exam by upload yearly calendar. This project done class and exam scheduling system, the teacher and student view class schedule on the school site. The output of this project will be an automatic set of class and exam schedule. The proposed system performs satisfactorily in term of accuracy, data handling and adaptability on helping the organization to arrange schedule more easily, yield a reliable record and increase efficient use of resources.en_US
