dc.description.abstractThe main objective of this study is to assess the role of compensation in reducing employee turnover in Wolkite branch. Employee’s turnover is one of the basic problems of many organizations. The literature review was enables us to understand the various theories on compensation and its role in reducing employees turnover. The data have been organized using descriptive research design and also in order to gather relevant information the researcher used both primary and secondary data. The tools of data collection were questionnaire for employees and structured interviews for manager of the organization. The study populations were 30 employees and all of them selected as a sample. The study used census survey because the target population is small in number. The data has been analyzed by using quantitative and qualitative method of data analysis. Finally, the researcher was concluded and recommend based on the findings.en_US
