Abstract
The main purpose of this study was assessing women participation educational leadership in in
Ras zessilase primary school in the Wolkite town administration. To accomplish this study data
was collected from 48 female teachers based on simple random sampling technique, 2 principals
and 1 supervisor by purposive sampling technique. The data gathered was analyzed by using
qualitative (descriptive) and quantitative (percentage) methods. The study was identified and
minimize hinder of women participation in educational leadership. This study was improving
women participation educational leadership in Wolkite town administration. This study was
conduct through both qualitative and quantitative approaches to present the required data of the
researcher. To achieve the research objective a descriptive survey method was employed,
because this method helps the researcher to assess the current principal leadership practice
relating to improving, motivating, coordinating, and initiating teachers to improve job
performance.
