dc.description.abstractThe main objective of the study is to identify the assessment of employee motivation and productivity in case of commercial bank of Ethiopia Tora branch. The relevant data for this study collected from both primary and secondary source. To collect primary data self administered questionnaire used. Whereas secondary data will be collected via organizational record and written materials about the organization. Due to the small number of employee’s census methods used. The collected data is effectively processed, analyzed and presented by using percentage and tabulating. This study indicated motivation has positive impact on the productivity of the organizationen_US
