| dc.description.abstract | Omo micro finance has a significant role for the development of one’s country economic development by providing a credit and also a saving service for those productive clients. Though there are many factors that can affect the efficiency of the institution like, loan management and processing system, cash management, and loan collection performance. This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the influence omo micro finance loan collection performance, specifically in garage omo micro finance and wisdom in Wolkite town using secondary data collected. This study intends to comparative analysis of financial performance in case of wisdom and omo micro finance performance of the book and employee in Wolkite omo micro finance of in order to a chive to this objectives, the study will adopted mixed research approach. Secondary data will be collected from 10 micro finance book and employee shading different positions selected through purposive/judgment sampling techniques. Moreover secondary data will be obtained from the annual financial report of Wolkite OMF. For the data analysis, descriptive statistics including table and percentage will be used to assess or described that influencing collection rate. | en_US |
