Abstract

The main objective of this study was to describe the major factor affecting football coaching inWolkite University and in related with this, the researchers also tried to access the available of different facilities and equipment to football coaching trainees and it needed motivation. some barriers that affected the develop of the trainees performance .in order to conduct the study, the researcher employ both qualitative and quantitative research design. primary data source wereemploy and the primary data source include: questioners. in order to collect the information about major factor that affecting football coaching trainees performance. The result of the study had various significance; some of them are the following those who are concerned development provide awareness about the problem and provide basic information to use to design strategies to take action to reduce the problem
