WEB BASED PRISONER INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR WOLKITE CITY

Abstract

Currently, prisoner’s records are maintained in a very rudimentary way in the form of both manual and semi-automated in wolkite prison administration. This current manual and semi-automated system cannot handle the records well. This method of data management often results in human error, delay to retrieve information effectively and efficiently etc. There are repetitive and impairment activities occur in the organization those are difficult to integrate data from different individual about prisoner records. The general objective of the project is to develop web-based prisoner information management system for Wolkite City. Our project made use of data collected method from Wolkite prison administration, different materials, journals, and from various authors. Proposed system would developed by PHP as back-end technology and HTML, CSS, and JAVASCRIPT as front-end technology and all of the data need for the application is stored in the form of tables in phpmyadmin. Our proposed system solves the problems of the existing system, because we would develop automated system which replace activities of existing system in Wolkite prison administration. Generally this project mainly focuses on the prisoner which is already judged by the court, So Web based Prisoner Information Management System for Wolkite City concerns after having judged prisoner with its back ground detailed
