dc.description.abstractThis research paper was conducted on effect of service delivery performance and customer satisfaction. The general objective of the study was to assessed the quality of public service delivery and its collection problem in Wolkite university registration office and customer satisfaction. Service quality has become very important to improving customer satisfaction in public service delivery to achieve the objective of the study both primary and secondary data source was used. Primary data was collected through open and close ended questionnaires distribute to employees of Wolkite university registration office. secondary data was collected by using different document of Wolkite university registration office, internet, book, publication, journal etc. and analyses using census method. The study was conducted by using descriptive type of research design the researcher was be identify problems to be studies.en_US
