Abstract
This research paper was conducted on Assessment of customer satisfaction on cooperative bank
of Oromia, wolkite branch. The major purpose of study was to assess customer satisfaction in
cooperative bank of Oromia and suggest possible solution with respect to reconsideration of its
customer satisfaction.The sampling technique that the researcher used was simple random
sampling, sample of 40 of respondents were taken from 200 customer and 10 respondents taken
from 25 employees by using simple random sampling method and the study would conduct
through descriptive research type. Because of the descriptive research is description of the state
of the nature of affairs as it exists present. Data collection method was used questionnaires and
interview for primary data and different written books and broacher was used to gather
secondary data. The major finding of this study indicates thelevel of customer satisfaction in
cooperative bank of Oromia in wolkite branch is high
