ASSESSMENT OF FACTERS AFFECTING LOAN REPAYMENT PERFORMANCE IN COMMERCIAL BANK OF ETHIOPIA IN WOLKITE BRANCH.

Abstract

The main objective of this study is found out to the assessment of factors affecting Loan repayment performance in case of commercial bank in wolkite branch. The relevant data for this study collected from primary sources. To collect primary data by employees on judgemental types of questionnaire used. The collected data effectively Analyzed and presented by using percentage and tabulating. This study had found that existence of competitors, market fluctuation, high interest rate and high limitation on providing loan are the main factors. The data for these factors was collected from commercial bank. this study will try to cover the repayment aspects of CBE in Wolkite branch and focus on the loan-related factors (for instance, loan reputation, Loan size, credit monitoring, collateral, credit term) affecting loan repayment performance of individual borrower.
