Abstract
hotel in wolkite Town. This study would attempt to answer the basic questions concerning with the
factor that affects the service quality in the hotel service and it would be treated with a detail and
careful investigation. The relevant data for this study would be obtained from both primary and
secondary method of data collection. The study was adopt random sampling of selection of
employees and customers of the organization among the group of population. After the required
data were collected and analyzed at the end of the study the recommendation and conclusion would
give a solution for the problems relating to the marketing activity of the organization. In generally
this research paper focused to improve service quality in soressa hotel, in addition this research
solved as the future problems of soressa hotel.
