ASSESSING STRATEGIC PLAN IMPLEMENTATION IN ABBA FRANSOA PRAMERY SCHOOL IN WOLKITE CITY ADMINISTRATION OF GURAGE ZONE

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate implementation of strategic plan in abba fransua primary schools. The objectives of the study were to asses’ Stakeholder’s participation in strategic plan implementation, to assess the influence of the management to implement it, to identify major factors that affect it and to suggest possible effort to be made improvement strategic plan in abba fransua primary schools. Descriptive survey methods of study were designed for the purpose of the study. The respondents of the study were 1 principal, 2-unit leaders and 34 teachers. Both qualitative and quantitative analyses of data were employed. The findings show that strategic plan implementation of primary schools.
