Abstract
This study examines the employer-employee relationships within Wolkite Town's hotel industry, focusing on factors like feedback mechanisms, recognition practices, conflict resolution, retention drivers, and workplace challenges. Employing a mixed-methods approach, data was collected through surveys and interviews targeting managers and employees from various hotels in the town. The scope includes analyzing communication practices, morale, and organizational performance dynamics. The findings reveal gaps in structured feedback, conflict management systems, and recognition programs, which contribute to high turnover and employee dissatisfaction. Salary, work-life balance, and career growth emerged as critical factors influencing retention. The study concludes that fostering transparency, offering competitive compensation, and implementing structured recognition and professional development programs are essential for improving workplace dynamics. Recommendations include establishing formal conflict resolution mechanisms, introducing flexible schedules, and prioritizing inclusive leadership practices to build a more engaged and motivated workforce.
