ASSESSING THE FACTOR THAT CONFLICT AND THE METHOD THAT OVER COME THE SOLUTION BETWEEN THE TEACHER AND THE SCHOOL PRINCIPAL IN YABERUS WOLKITE GENERAL SECONDARY AND PREPARATORY SCHOOL

Abstract

This study attempted to identify assessing the factor that conflict and the method that over come the the solution between the teacher and the school principal in yaberus school . The specific objective of this study was to identify factors which create conflict between teacher and school principal and create awareness and understanding about the causes of conflict and its creative aspect and alternative solution to handle and manage conflict among all members of the school to create good teaching and learning environment in school organization .create awareness for the teacher and school principal how to change dysfunctional conflict to functional and how to change conflict for positive aspect rather than negative one in short conflict is inevitable from school organization so all members work to the assurance of the good quality education and stable school environment it well aware about the conflict and their managing way to find out positive and negative outcomes of conflict created between teachers and school principal and together methods which needed.
