THE ASSESSEMENT OF THE CHALLENGES AND OPPORTUNITIES OF FEMALE ENTREPRENEURSHIP: IN CASE OF WOLISO TOWN

Abstract

This study dealt with the challenges and opportunities of female entrepreneur in particularly Woliso town. The main objective of this study was to assess the challenges and opportunities of female entrepreneurs in woliso town. This research design employed for this study was used qualitative method. Purposive sampling design was used. The researchers collected the necessary data both from primary and secondary sources. Open ended questionnaire was the main data collection instrument. Based on this method, the researchers find out the challenges, opportunities and solutions for female entrepreneurs. Finally, the researchers recommended in such away. The state should include female entrepreneur’s issues; make affirmative action consider female issues as a development. Provide accesses of education and others are a necessary condition.
