dc.description.abstractThe purpose of study was to investigate to teachers Participation in school Management in the case of Abba fransoa Public Secondary School. To conduct the study, descriptive survey was employed and qualitative data was collected through interview. Purposive and Simple random sampling technique was employed to select were PTAs person, principal s and supervisor because they are small in number. The school was selected through random sampling techniques in order to save time and finance. Totally, 2 principals, 1 supervisor, 8 PTAs person and 66 teachers were included in this study. Questionnaire and interview were the data gathering instruments for this study. The data analysis was carried out based on descriptive analysis technique using simple tabulation & percentage. Accordingly, the study result that the teachers’ participation in management, problems encountered teachers’ participation.en_US
