dc.description.abstractThe right to paternity are protected under international convention on the right of child and FDRE constitution and FDRE revised family code as well. According to the convention on the right of child, every child has the right to paternity without discrimination of any kind irrespective of child parents race, color, sex,origin.Thepurpose of this thesis is to examine by the ways of establishing paternity of child under federal revised family code incase whether the child born out of marriage and irregular . The researcher by using a qualitative data through a doctrinal method, analyzed whether the provision federal revised family code contradict each other. moreover, this thesis aims at shows inadequacy of revised family code in establishing paternity of child born outside legal recognized relationship and inconsistency of federal revised family code with the FDRE constitution and convention of the right of childen_US
