    EFFECT OF TIME MANAGEMENT PRACTICE ON ACADEMIC PROGRAM ACHIEVEMENT(IN CASEOFCOLLEGEOFBUSINESS ANDECONOMICS STUDENTSINWOLKITEUNIVERSTY)

    This research focused on Effect of time management practice on acadamic acheiment in students of college of business and economics in wolkite universty and also, the scope of the study was only on the students of college of business and economics study. Data requirement are fulfilled through collection of primary source a data. Among primary source of data the researcher used interview and questionnaire method.The total population of the study was 1160 and the sample size was 100 students, and the researcher used proportionate stratified random sampling techniques on the basis of the department of study and academic achievement measured in terms of CGPA. Finally, this study is designed descriptive types of research. Based on finding the researcher, factors affect students time management practice were excessive attend to social media, excessive social relation, lack of awareness and others are affect students time management practice. Moreover, students have good time management practice as the researcher findings. And also good time management practices have positive effect on student’s academic achievement. Therefore, students should recognize factors which affects their time management practice and should develop good awareness of time management practice and being wisely use this resource to achieve academic and their life.
