dc.description.abstractThe major objective the paper was to assess the major challenges that hinder the development of The speaking skill of grade 9th students at Dalocha, Grinzilla and Koro chimo secondary school the necessary data for the study were gathered through observation and focus group discussion the collected data were analyzed by Using both quantitative methods data analysis the finding study showed that Students did not communicate in English language, and shines, lack of vocabulary, lack of interest and lack of words economy were the factors that affect students speaking skill of grade 9th students. Finally, conclusions and recommendation were given.
