dc.description.abstractThis study will mainly aims to examine the major factors affecting women’s participation in leadership in the public sector with the aim of assessing the levels and constraints of women’s participation in leadership in West Shoa Zone particular in Nono woreda. Mixed method (qualitative and quantitative) will be used to address the objectives of the study. Primary data will be collected through questionnaires and interviews with employees in the study area, while secondary data will be collected through literature review. Collected data from different sources will be organized and analyzed using descriptive techniques and multiple regression analysis.
