    This study investigated customer attitudes towards the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE) in Wolkite Town (yejoka branch). The general objective of the study was to assess customer attitude toward CBE. The significance of the study lies in providing valuable, localized insights for CBE totailor services ,improve customer satisfaction, and enhance market position in the town .This research can also inform future research works as it documented available data and information for further researchers.
