    ASSESSMENT OF LOAN POLICY AND PRACTICE OF (A CASE STUDY IN COOPERATIVE BANK OF OROMIA WOLKITE BRANCH)

    This research was assessing loan policy and practice therefore the purpose of under taking thisresearch would be to explore the loan practice. The researchers were also assessing policies of the loan in the cooperative bank of Oromia to see the possible solution for the presence problem. In the study both primary and secondary data would be used. The primary data would be collected by using questioners and interview; also the secondary data would be collected from books and bank websites. And also the researcher was used descriptive type research design and with qualitative and quantitative research method for the sake of data analysis as well. Finally, the researcher was put the result using tabulation, percentage, and some types of narration; and the researcher would be gone conclusion and recommendations based on the given information.
