    FACTOR THAT INFLUENCE SPORT SCIENCE TEACHERS AND STUDENTS ON TIME MANAGEMENT DURING PRACTICAL CLASS IN CASE OF WOLKITE UNIVERSITY SPORT SCIENCE DEPARTMENT

    The research was conducted on factors that influence Sport science teachers and students on time management during practical class in the case Wolkite university sport science department. The study was used a descriptive survey method. Wolkite university teachers and third year sport science students were the total population of the study. Out of these by using simple random sampling and purposive sampling the sample of the study were selected. To collect the relevant data the researcher used both primary and secondary source of data. Thus, the result of the study shows that lack of available equipment and facility, insufficient time for practical class, behavior and discipline of students, number of students, and the distance from dormitory was influenced time management during practical class. Based on the finding, we recommend that motivating students, preparing enough facility and equipment, assigning assistant for teachers, and finally all concerned bodies should cooperate together to solve the problem.
